Speed Audit
At the moment, I am busy with my final project in the School of Magister Management in Agrobusiness. I take a topic in Operations Management. It is about speed audit on production system. Well, I made up the term of “speed audit”, because it best represent the assessment model that created myself. Actually I was inspired by the work of Eugene Goodson which is called Rapid Plant Assessment. I added AHP (Analytic Hierarchical Proccess, of Saati) for data processing, since my professor want me to use a tool.
